INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION
1.
Abstracts should be written in English.
2.
The abstract submission system works only on the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, and Safari (ver. 2.0.3 (471.9.2) or later). Please do not use other browsers for abstract submission
3.
All information on the registered abstract will be sent to your registered email address. The confirmation mail will include your assigned abstract number. All future correspondence concerning your abstract will include this number.
4.
Password is case sensitive and must be between 6 and 8 characters. This
password is necessary for you to view or edit/revise your abstract. Please make sure to keep notes of your password. For the protection of
personal information we can NOT deal with any inquiries regarding your
lost/ forgotten password.
5.
Up to a maximum of 10 persons can be registered as Co-Authors.
6.
Up to a maximum of 5 facilities can be registered as Affiliated Institutions.
7.
The registered abstract title should be no more than 180 input characters including spaces. (approximately 30 words)
8.
Abstract body should follow the structure of Background, Methods, Results,
Conclusion, and should be no more than 1500 characters including spaces and control codes (approximately 250 words).
9.
Abstracts should not include any diagrams, charts or reference citations.
10.
Please paste text processed off-line into the designated box on the Submission Form.
11.
Follow the instructions on the Submission Form regarding use of specific
character symbols, Greek letters, superscript, subscript, italic, bold
or underlined text. You may copy the code on the Submission Form and paste
(insert) it as appropriate.

at the short oral presentation session

CONFIRMATION
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after
your submission is confirmed. In the case you do not receive the confirmation
email; your abstract may not be registered.
NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
1.
Submitted abstracts will be selected on the basis of scientific value and
are entirely to the discretion of Scientific Committee. Results will be
announced around beginning of on 20, June, 2012, by email as well as posted on the Meeting website.
2.
All applicants whose papers are accepted should register and pay their
registration fees by June 20, 2012. June 28, 2012.
4.
Please note that the Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to select and to finalize the entire program.
5.
Abstracts that are accepted but not considered for either the Symposium or the Summary are assigned to poster presentations.
NOTES
All oral session speakers will be asked to present by data projector.
Abstracts must contain new, previously unpublished material and sound results.
